Hagan Rene Huber, Esq.
Hagan Huber is a junior associate with the firm and is primarily responsible for handling personal injury cases throughout pre-litigation and litigation. Ms. Huber is a litigator with years of experience handling motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls, dog bites, nursing home negligence, and other negligence.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Huber worked at a law firm in downtown Jacksonville, Florida, and concentrated on wrongful death, probate, trusts, and estate planning. Ms. Huber was involved with multidistrict litigation cases for wrongful death due to tobacco.
Ms. Huber attended Florida Coastal School of Law, where she was the teaching assistant for Torts I, Torts II, and Florida Wills, Trusts, and Estates. She received the Book Awards for achieving the highest grades in Business Associations, Financial Literacy for Lawyers, and Florida Wills, Trusts, and Estates. Ms. Huber attended the University of North Florida for her undergraduate education, where she majored in political science and minored in criminal justice. During this time, she traveled to Washington D.C. to present issues concerning cybersecurity to senior-level government officials.
When Ms. Huber is not working, she enjoys working out, boating, and spending time with her boyfriend, their son, and their yellow lab.
